I’m a Creative Operations & Production Leader who thrives in motion—across time zones, disciplines, and cultures.

Whether guiding productions from my laptop or leading teams on set halfway around the world, I build environments where creativity feels supported, structure feels intuitive, and collaboration feels human. My work sits at the intersection of creative leadership, operational clarity, and global-scale production.

I’ve spent the past decade leading ambitious projects across the U.S., LATAM, and Europe—building workflows, aligning teams, and bringing complex ideas to life through a blend of strategic rigor and cultural intuition.

I lead global projects end-to-end, building communication models and workflows that keep distributed teams aligned. Clear expectations, fast problem-solving, and calm leadership are my constants.

I turn ambitious creative ideas into executable, scalable realities. I collaborate closely with directors, creatives, and cross-functional partners to protect the vision while ensuring budgets, resources, and timelines stay on track.

Great production is a cultural exchange. With experience across three continents, I build teams and stories that resonate locally, connect globally, and adapt smoothly across markets and audiences.

Today, I’m especially interested in the future of creative production—where streaming, technology, and interactive experiences meet. Based in Miami,FL and working remotely with U.S.-based teams, I’m open to roles in creative operations, production leadership, studio management, and game-adjacent content development.
